Important ACS Policies
The American Chemical Society is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, respectful, positive and welcoming environment for all participants at every event whether in person or online.  All participants and volunteers are asked to review the Volunteer and Participant Code of Conduct Policy to ensure compliance.  Additionally, for in person and online event where children may be expected to be present, volunteers need to review the ACS Youth Protection Policy and request the required background check at least one week prior to the event.  These policies have been developed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all individuals and the community.
