MetroWomen Chemists' Committee
The mission of the MetroWomen Chemists' Committee is to strengthen the contribution of women in the chemical sciences and issues of importance to women in the New York Metro Area.  We serve early and midcareer scientists through programming and invite graduate and undergraduate students to participate.

ACS Women Chemists' Committee 
The Women Chemists' Committee serves the membership of the American Chemical Society. Our mission is to be leaders in attracting, developing, and promoting women in the chemical sciences. There are four goals designed to fulfill this mission statement:

  1. Attract women to a profession in the chemical sciences.
  2. Take an advocacy position within the ACS on issues of importance to women in the chemical sciences.
  3. Provide leadership for career development opportunities for women in the chemical sciences.
  4. Promote and recognize the professional accomplishments of women in the chemical sciences.
